BE Calm synergy blend is designed to promote a sense of deep tranquility. The lovely combination of essential oils relaxes the body while calming and uplifting the mind to encourage an intentional state of serene well-being.

Directions for Use:

Anytime: Mist directly on your chest, torso, back of neck, shoulders, and bottom of feet. You can also mist a small amount in the palm of your hands; cup your hands over your nose and inhale the aroma.

Room Mist: Mist as high up in the room as you can, this allows the mist to fall through a greater volume of air space.

Perfume: Spritz on pulse points, such as inner wrists, behind knees and back of ankles.
